Unable To Connect To Exalogic Node ILOM by SSH or HTTPS (Doc ID 1554673.1)

Goal

Unable to connect to Exalogic Compute NODE via Oracle Integrated Lights Out Manager (Oracle ILOM) by either SSH or https,  however ILOM responds to PING.


Even resetting ILOM service processor (SP) using the IPMItool, still not able to connect it.
