Folio Functionality Issue With Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) (Doc ID 1554707.1)

Symptoms

When using IE9 the Element Info section of the folio screen does not load the data.
This appears to work correctly when IE8, or when IE9 is set to operate in IE8 mode. It also works for Chrome and Safari.
