Symptoms
When opening Verifier on a Windows 7 (64-bit) system the following error is returned:
There is no Oracle Forms Recognition Verifier license available. Either the license file is invalid or it does not contain a Verifier license.
Failed to initialize document level licensing, because shared license directory is not set. Please use Verifier or Runtime Server application to specify the license path.
