WebCenter Portal Application Deployment Fails With Errors Related to "class oracle.webcenter.framework.internal.service.DefaultServiceContext" (Doc ID 1554757.1)

Goal

A WebCenter Portal application was re-deployed.
The re-deployment failed with these errors:

[<TIMESTAMP>] java.lang.InstantiationError: ServiceContext resource configuration file "META-INF/context.provider" found, but the class defined "class oracle.webcenter.framework.internal.service.DefaultServiceContext" is not an instance of oracle.webcenter.framework.service.ServiceContext.
[<TIMESTAMP>] ServiceContext resource configuration file "META-INF/context.provider" found, but the class defined "class oracle.webcenter.framework.internal.service.DefaultServiceContext" is not an instance of oracle.webcenter.framework.service.ServiceContext.
[<TIMESTAMP>] Redeploy operation failed.

The managed server was restarted and the application now runs fine.
