OIM - Self Service Console Registration And Log In Issues (Doc ID 1554968.1)

Seeing following issues while using self service console

1- Register as new user

2- Track Registeration

Error message:

Error 500--Internal Server Error

at oracle.iam.platform.canonic.agentry.Agent.configure(
at oracle.iam.platform.canonic.agentry.Agent.configure(
at oracle.iam.platform.canonic.agentry.Agency.operate(
at oracle.iam.consoles.faces.utils.CanonicUtils.getAgency(
at oracle.iam.consoles.faces.mvc.canonic.Model.produceAgency(
at oracle.iam.consoles.faces.mvc.canonic.Model.getAgency(
at oracle.iam.consoles.faces.mvc.canonic.Model.setAgency(
at oracle.iam.consoles.faces.mvc.canonic.Controller.doSetAgency(

3- Log in as xelsysadm

The server redirected to an empty page and there is no view or even error message.

4- Log in as other user

Error 403--Forbidden
