Invite Registered Spaces Users Stopped Working After Upgrade

When Space moderators try to invite registered users to a Space, the invitations fire up correctly and the users invited are able to see the invitation in their Worklist Taskflow. Once the user clicks on "details" of the invitation, the CommunityWorkflows (Worklist) application page running on SOA managed server is displayed. The invitee clicks on "Accept", it'll fail, the user will NOT be added to the space. The moderator will get a notification like below:
WebCenter Portal and SOA have both been upgraded from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 with the latest bundle patches.
