Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) が SSL 構成となっている。
OHS 起動後、SSL接続でアクセスできない。
ブラウザでは "HTTP-404 The Page cannot be displayed" が表示される。
$ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log に次のメッセージが出力される:

[error] mod_ossl: Init: SSL call to NZ function nzos_OpenWallet failed with error 29248
