Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.1 version, OEG Service Monitor

When attempting to enable the Traffic monitor and access it,
it says the traffic monitor is not enabled and also the following error occurs in the OracleEnterpriseGateway.trc trace file.

Special attention on:

 

FATAL <TIMESTAMP> [<THREAD ID>] SQLITE_BUSY: executing COMMIT
INFO <TIMESTAMP> [<THREAD ID>> close DB handle
