Copy and Paste does not Work in Java Applets on Windows OS 7 (Doc ID 1555705.1)

Goal

On Windows OS7 Having JRE/JDK version later than Java Plug-in 1.6.0_24 in February 2011 , the copy paste option on Java Applets for Webcenter Content Admin Applets does not work since copy and paste from the system clipboard was deemed a security hole and disabled.  You can copy and paste BETWEEN applets.  But if you try to use something from your main clipboard, it can not be copied in.
