SOA 11g: "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException" Exception in Custom Pipeline Class while Using Pipeline Feature in Adapters (Doc ID 1556323.1)

Symptoms

On :  11.1.1.1.0 version, Technology Adapters

While using pipeline for intercepting the payload process in JCA adapter, runtime is throwing the following exception

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a pipeline for JCA adapter and use in a composite project
2. Run the test and while processing the payload by the pipeline framework, it throws the above exception.
