OIM11.1.1.5 - After applying BP06, Allow Multiple Option Cannot Be Changed From True To False (Doc ID 1556385.1)

Symptoms

After applying  Bundle Patch 11.1.1.5.6, Unable to uncheck the Allow multiple resource object in the Design Console.

When try to uncheck the Allow multiple resource object flag and save, an error is shown and the change is not applied.

Log shows an exception:
