Unable To Login To Virtual Host URL After 10g->11g Upgrade and SSO 10g-> OAM 11g Change - "Unable to process request. Please check the log file for more details."

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrade of portal 10g to 220.127.116.11.0 and SSO 10g to OAM 18.104.22.168.0 there is a problem logging in to the Virtual Host URL.
For our portal, we have multiple URLs, like:
The functionality of the first (www.) is just fine.
When we try to login to the second (virtual host), we get the following error in the browser:
