Temporary Files Created while Uploading Attachments in BPM Workspace are not Deleted (Doc ID 1557457.1)

Symptoms

When an attachment through BPM workspace is uploaded(out of box attachment upload feature) to an instance
there is a temporary directory that gets involved and it is usually located in the below mentioned locations.
e.g.
Unix: /tmp/fuegoUploadFile
Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\<LoginName>\Local Settings\Temp\fuegoUploadFile

This directory path is configurable using JVM property java.io.tmpdir
All the uploaded attachments are copied to this temp directory before they are uploaded to Engine tables.

These temporary files are not deleted after they are no longer needed.
