Symptoms

OIM and OAM 11.1.1.5 integration environment on Linux exhibits unexpected behaviour.  When a user password expires and forces the user to change the password on next login, or when an admin flags the user account to have the password changed on next login, the user enters the new credentials to make the password change, but instead of being taken to the intended protected resource they are redirected back to OAM in order to reauthenticate.  The expectation is after entering the new password the session would automatically be authenticated.

Example test cases:

Test Case #1:
1. Go to http://<host:port>/admin/faces/pages/Admin.jspx
And login as xelsysadm
2. Create a new user in OIM's Admin console
3. Logout/clean up cookies
4. Login as the new user created in step #2. User is redirected to reset password and set challenge questions. Completing the process.

User is redirected back to OAM login page for OIM.  After the 2nd login, user is redirected to OIM console
Expected behaviour is user is redirected to OIM console as an authenticated user after password reset and set challenge question.

Test Case #2
1. In OAM login page for OIM, click Forgot Password link
2. In the first step of forgot password process, provide any existing user that has challenge question set (such as the user from test case#1 above)
3. Finish the forgot password process

User is redirected back to OAM login page for OIM.  After the 2nd login, user is redirected to OIM console
Expected behaviour is user is redirected to OIM console as an authenticated user after completing the forgot password process
