OAM Integration - Access Denied Error Encountered After Successful Authentication (Doc ID 1558406.1)

Symptoms

User is successfully authenticated but access to the URL is denied. An "Oracle Access Manager Operation Error" is displayed to the user even though user is already granted access to the Space.

If Oracle Access Manager (OAM) is removed from the picture, the user is able to access the URL / WebCenter.
