Goal
When a user views someone else's profile then they would like to display different information based on which roles the user belongs to.
So they need an API or EL that can tell if a user is a member of a particular role or not.
The EL #{WCSecurityContext.userInScopedRole['Moderator']} can be used to check the roles of the logged in user, but how to check the roles of a given user that is not logged on?
