Symptoms

On : 10.3.1.4 version, OSB Transports

MQ Transport failed to receive response within the configured timeout

MQ Transport (request-response pattern) used for backend integration in OSB is causing occasional errors, approx. 1 % of messages result in error below.

Auto-generate Correlation Value: Enabled
Response Correlation Pattern: MQMessageID.
Response Timeout: 20 (s)
Polling Interval: 200 (ms)
Separate dedicated queues set for request and reply.

Problem can be reproduced in test environments with moderate load.
Disabling Auto-generate correlation value causes incorrect request-response pairs.
Changing Response Correlation Value from MQ Message ID to MQ Correlation ID causes total loss of service. (Error msg above mentioned.)
