Log Files Not Available In Soa-infra (soa_server1) -- Error Received Instead (Doc ID 1559571.1)

On : 11.1.1.6.0

When logged into EM under SOA Infrastructure - select Logs -> View Log Message generates "Failed to get Messages for target /Farm_otcsoa/otcsoa/soa_server/soa-infra." Alternatively, Logs > Log Configuation, generates a "javax.management.RuntimeMBeanException". In each case, the launched screen is empty once ok is clicked.

1)Failed to get Messages for target /Farm_otcsoa/otcsoa/soa_server/soa-infra.
2) javax.management.RuntimeMBeanException

Logs show following error:
