Currently there is no 64bit version of Translation Hub, only a 32 bit version.

An enhancement request has been opened on this -> - TRANSLATION HUB FOR WIN 64BIT

Goal

Oracle Translation Hub is available to create language translations for various Oracle products such as Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.  This note describes how to install Translation Hub on 64 bit Windows.
