Symptoms
The readme in Patch 10236500 states the following:
"9. Apply pre-requisite updates.
update the orawsdl.jar with these 2 classes
oracle/soap/transport/http/OracleSOAPHTTPConnection$1.class
oracle/soap/transport/http/OracleSOAPHTTPConnection.class"
This is very vague and needs a better description on what orawsdl.jar file needs to be updated and where to pull the .class files from.
