Goal

 Some ADf components, depending on the parent components they are located in, can be moved by users access the Page (in View mode). The goal of this document is to describe how to disable the component's move action in View mode while allowing movement in Edit mode.

Example: cust:showDetailFrame is one such movable ADF components.

The ADF (.jspx) page below with moveable components can be used as an example to test the behavior:
