Symptoms
When attempting to upgrade an Oracle Discoverer environment from 10g (10.1.2.3.0) to 11g on running the Upgrade Assistant ($ORACLE_HOME/bin/ua , %ORACLE_HOME%\bin\ua.bat) the following error occurs and the upgrade can not be performed:
The problem persists even after having implemented the solution given in <note 1296381.1>
Changes
The Database and Discoverer have been cloned from the current 10g production environment following the Test to Production procedure.
