Managed Attachment Functionality Is Not Working In Create Customer Page (Doc ID 1561095.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

When attempting to Personalize the Accounts Receivables "Customer" Self-Service (JSP) page, the following error message occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"View Object HzPuiPerQuickCreateProfileVO is not found on this OAF page".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivables Manager > Customers > Customers
2. Select Customer type ‘Person’ and click on create
3. Go to Personalize page link
4. Add a region to the extended region Person Information region
5. Populate the AXF tables to enable the manage attachment button
