Symptoms

When configuring an Oracle FMW 11g Forms 11.1.2.1.0 domain using config.sh, the config fails attempting to connect to a running Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Server.

The config error message is:

 However the same credentials are valid when logging directly into the OAM Console.

Changes

 Occurs during Forms 11.1.2.1.0 domain configuration while connecting to a running OAM Server.
