WebCenter Content Server's Managed Server Will Not Start With MS SQL 2008 Case Sensitive Collation (Doc ID 1561654.1)

WebCenter Content Server's managed Server will not start, if WebCenterConfigure is Enabled and SQL Server 2008 database is using Case Sensitive collation.

WebCenterConfigure is a setting in WebCenter Content Server that enabled as part of Webcenter Portal (WCP) and Spaces integration with WebCenter Content (WCC) Server.

To Reproduce:

1. Install MS SQL 2008 with Case Sensitive collation. Set database's default collation to SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CS_AS or Latin1_General_CS_AS (for details refer Microsoft documentation on Setting and Changing Server Collation)

2. Execute RCU against this database and configure WCC.

3. After enabling WebcenterConfigure component <Document 1424064.1> an error is encountered when starting up UCM Managed Server.
