FRM-40735 and ORA-06502 when Running WEBUTIL in a New FmW 11g Installation (Doc ID 1561823.1)

Symptoms

A new FmW (Fusion MiddleWare) Forms 11g installation has been done and WebUtil is being tested. When trying to run a WebUtil form the following error is shown

 

 

In trying to debug the issue, the WebUtil Diagnotic Form was run <NOTE:553849.1> which reported no warnings or errors. 

Changes

There are no new changes other than setting up WebUtil.
