JMS Bridge Messages Generates Duplicate ECIDS

Symptoms
With the following flow:
External queue Q1(AQ) --> JMS Bridge --> WLS JMS Q2(JMS) --> Consumer OSB11g --> DBinding --> SOA11g
in the EM console deployed in SOA domain, we can see some messages with duplicate ECIDs.
Customer uses this field to delete duplicate message, but with current issue some messages are dropped by mistake (they are not duplicates).
