Compute Node Hang On NFS Mounts With "nfs4_reclaim_open_state: Lock reclaim failed!" Errors (Doc ID 1562380.1)

Symptoms

All processes in Exalogic compute node hangs waiting access to NFSv4 mounts. You can traverse the directory structures on the NFS and get directory listings but any attempt to open a file to view contents results in a hang process. While the NFSv3 mounts are working fine, the I/O issued to NFS4 mounts hangs.
