Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Fabric Layer

When SOA invokes end service (Servlet) through SSL and if SSLv3 was enforced on the end client, calls from SOA fails with the following error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SOA service to send https request to SSLV3 enforced service to get the error reported.
