How to List all the Users in Webcenter Content (WCC) as seen from User Admin Applet using RIDC (Doc ID 1562866.1)

Goal

This article provides details on how to use RIDC to list all the Users who have logged in to WC Content server at least once. This would be akin to viewing the same from User Admin Applet.  IdcService GET_DATARESULTSET is used for achieving the above requirement.
