Symptoms

When attempting to use Oracle Access Gate SDK version 11.1.2.0.0 with Oracle API Gateway Server 11gR2 by configuring the Oracle Access Management Server as the External authentication repository in Oracle API Gateway, and then configuring a policy to authenticate against OAM, it is failing with 401 error when tested.

The issue is caused because OAG is not able to initialize the AccessGate SDK to perform the necessary interaction.
