Unable to login to IPM Web intermittently. IPM Web Express allows login, but not paging through document.

The error on the login page is:

"Communication Error Error Code -1 Mode: Connect Server Address: Connected: No Description: Unknown Error: -1 Class ATL:: CComObject:: Refresh."
