Can the tmp Directory on Server Startup be Deleted (Doc ID 1563012.1)

Goal

It is possible to delete the tmp and DOMAIN_HOME/servers/SERVER_NAME/tmp directories during server startup (AdminServer and Managed servers). Can this be achieved?
