After deleted the Webutil .dll files (e.g JNIsharedstubs.dll, Jacob.dll and d2kwut60.dll) from client machine, the dll file cannot download to client machine again (Doc ID 1563156.1)

Symptoms

When running the Webutil demo form first time, the Webutil's .dll files download to the client machine automatically.

However, after removing the Webutil .dll files (e.g JNIsharedstubs.dll,  Jacob.dll and  d2kwut60.dll) from the client machine,  the files will not download to the client machine again when running the Webutil demo form.
