Symptoms
After deleting a tab in the WebCenter Spaces edit page properties, the tab is removed on the page but it is not removed from the edit page properties.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete tab
2. See the tab is removed on the page
3. Go back to edit the page properties, and note Tab 3 continues to exist
