How to Replicate. Insert or Delete Certain Rows Based on Column Content and DML Type (Doc ID 1563367.1)

Goal

Capability to replicate or delete a subset of rows using a column in the table and the DML type


Use Case:

The CUSTOMER table in the source has a column called CITY of which only a few City's rows are to be replicated 

1. If a customer moves from NEW YORK to BOSTON, the row must be deleted in the target but this in the source is an update statement
2. If a customer moves from BOSTON to NEW YORK, the row must be inserted in the target but this in the source is an update statement
