SOA 11g: AQ Adapter Reads Messages from the Queue but Fails to Delete them (Doc ID 1564218.1)

AQ Adapter reads messages from the queue but fails to delete them.

SOA composite completes successfully and there is no error messages in the log file.

After SOA server is restarted the same messages are reprocessed again which results in message duplicates.

The same functionality was working fine in 10g
