Symptoms

You have OBIEE 11g in a clustered environment with three managed servers.  You are not able to log into OBIEE, when all three managed servers are running.  If you stop the managed servers on the second and third nodes, then you can log in.  But you cannot log into OBIEE if the managed server on node 1 is stopped and the managed server on either node 2 or 3 is started.

You get the following error on starting the managed server on either node 2 or 3:

Caused by: javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090304]Authentication Failed: User BISystemUser javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User BISystemUser denied
  at weblogic.security.providers.authentication.LDAPAtnLoginModuleImpl.login(LDAPAtnLoginModuleImpl.java:261)


You have tried resetting the BI System user password, but still we are facing the same issue the problem persists
