Symptoms
Content Server adding ~1 to file names though the file is stored correctly in the Weblayout folder. Example: Archiver job fails looking for a file named "1234567890ABC.jpg" because it searches for "1234567890ABC~1.jpg". The file is named correctly and is available in the correct Weblayout folder.
