OIM 11gR2PS1: Approve Action Results Into 404 (Doc ID 1564906.1)

In OIM 11gR2 PS1 environment

1. Create any request that it generates an approval task
2. Go to Inbox -> Pending approvals
3. Click on "Approve" button
4. Though the request is approved successfully, the page that results in HTTP error 404
