Symptoms

kinit runs in the error : "KDC has no support for encryption type while getting initial credentials"

# kinit -k -t <PATH_TO_KEYTAB_FILE> HTTP/<AD_HOSTNAME>@<AD_DOMAIN>
kinit: KDC has no support for encryption type while getting initial credentials


# kinit <USERNAME>@<AD_DOMAIN>
Password for <USERNAME>@<AD_DOMAIN>:
kinit: KDC has no support for encryption type while getting initial credentials
