Oracle Tuxedo 11.1.1.2.0 Installation Failing With Java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java Heap Space

Symptoms

When installing Tuxedo 11.1.1.2.0 in console mode through tuxedo111120_64_hpux_1123_ia.bin installer it fails with following errors:

Stack Trace:

 Same issue confirmed running Tuxedo 12.1.1.0 installer for for HP-UX 11i v3 (64-bit).
