Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.1 version, WebCenter Sites


Unable to download thread dumps from Admin Tab -> System Tools -> System Information -> Thread Info, as the following alert message is displayed in place of download button.

"Download option is not supported because the executable jstack is not present in the system."
