PAMS Routine Output Changed after Applying RP41 (Doc ID 1565849.1)

pams_qn_to_qtype, pams_qn_to_pid and pams_get_q_counters are showing wrong results after upgrading to 5.01 RP41 from RP33. You can see below that the pams routine output does not match the MGR_UTILITY output(sent, Rcvd and QName columns). Also the PID from pams routine does not match the MGR_UTILITY DQ summary output.
  
The following is a test of the functions pams_qn_to_qtype, pams_qn_to_pid and pams_get_q_counters, for some selected queues. (The same test worked fine in RP33.)
  
  pams_qn_to_qtype -> Q.Name column
  pams_qn_to_pid -> PID column
  pams_get_q_counters -> Counters columns
