Webcache Does Not Processes ESI Tags For Any Other Content Type Other Than "text/html" (Doc ID 1566147.1)

Webcache and associated pages are configured to use Edge Side Include (ESI) caching
The documents returned to WebCache contain ESI tags which were being processed correctly by WebCache when the Content-Type is text/html
Since the Content-Type of the documents has changed from text/html to another type e.g. application/rss+xml , the ESI processing in WebCache does not work in that the tags are ignored
