On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, B2B Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
You configure an outbound endpoint to send HL7 documents to a receiving system. After processing several thousand documents, the endpoint unexpectedly stops sending documents.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
An endpoint should not randomly stop sending documents.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an outbound endpoint.
2. Configure for functional acknowledgment.
3. Enable the endpoint.
4. After a few thousand documents are sent, the endpoint process seems to hang.
