Migration Of Spaces Is Deleting Content Directories- PS5 (Doc ID 1566662.1)

Symptoms

In PS5. Migration of Webcenter Spaces between environments is removing the sub directories in UCM and Spaces.
This was working fine in PS3.  Also the spaces which were migrated from PS3 to PS5 do not have this issue.

e.g. If the Name of the space is 'Member'
There is a corresponding folder inside UCM spaces>>Member
All documents are inside this folder's subfolder.
spaces>>Member>>subfolder1,subfolder2 etc.

These subfolders are getting deleted after export in Webcenter Spaces.
One has tried all the 3 combinations.
1. From the source server while exporting , said no for 'do you want to export resource content directories' and imported
2. From the source server while exporting , said yes for 'do you want to export resource content directories' and imported unchecking overwrite option.
3. From the source server while exporting , said no for 'do you want to export resource content directories' and imported checking overwrite option.
