Symptoms
The following errors are seen in the logs:
e.g.
- [com.fatwire.logging.cs.db] SQLException in prepared execute on table RTInfo: SELECT tblname,versions,storage,recordupdate,trackingupdate,newerformat FROM RTInfo WHERE tblname = ?
tblname = UIUserLoggedInDetails
