"Table/View 'EJB__TIMER__TBL' does not exist" Error Occurs On GlassFish Server When Trying to Deploy An EJB Timer Applicaton (Doc ID 1567500.1)

Symptoms

The following exception occur on the GlassFish Server when tring to deploy an EJB Timer Application.  Java DB (Derby DB) was used for the Timer Pool.
