Symptoms

OIM Peoplesoft User Management Connector 9.1.1.6 does not work with PeopleTools 8.52.14

After upgrading the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions instance to PeopleTools 8.52.14 and performing the necessary steps to create the new peoplesoft.jar file, the OIM connector for Peoplesoft still fails to connect. The error message on the Campus Solutions side application server is as follows:

PSAPPSRV.30703 (1656) [07/03/13 10:53:40 GetCertificate](1) (NET.503): PeopleTools release (8.51.13) for web server/ Application Designer '' is not the same as Application Server PeopleTools release (8.52.14). Access denied.
PSAPPSRV.30703 (1656) [07/03/13 10:53:40 GetCertificate](1) (NET.346): Failed to execute GetCertificate request

Changes

 Upgrade of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions instance to PeopleTools 8.52.14 and performed the necessary steps to create the new peoplesoft.jar file
